Our Annual Dye Day is happening in June> Come explore warp painting with fiber reactive dyes and perhaps acid dyes. Bring your pre-wound bast (plant base ie: cotton, bamboo etc.) fiber warps or skeins and paint to your hearts content. If you are using unmercerized cotton for your warp, it is best to scour your warp before the dye day. So we can be sure of the amount of dye to bring, please make sure to contact Susan Elliot to get your name on the sign-up sheet.

We are going to have an exciting program by Siobhan Harlakenden on the Woven Viking Fabric called Varafeldur. Come and learn how the Vikings kept warm in the far North, using wooly locks woven into fantastic fabric for clothes.
